Kanaka walk

It was a good day for a walk. Not to hot & a little overcast. A group of us went up to Meikleville Hill on the Southern end & worked our way across the Kanaka trail making it as far a the Northern side of the same hill having to stop due to encroachment of development.

Mangoes

Dad had a pretty good mango crop this year (R2E2's) so we had some fun picking, washing & then selling them on the side of the road...we did ok.

Trip out to Emerald

Just after boxing day we all headed out to see the Emerald crew. The weather was kind to us & we all had a most enjoyable time catching up with everyone.

Sim & I drove back to Yeppoon.
